音乐学院是山东艺术学院的主干院系之一,学科专业齐全,以教学、研究齐鲁音乐文化为专业建设特色,秉持“严谨治学、从严执教”的优良传统和“以质量求生存,以特色促发展”的办学理念,着力应用型人才和拔尖创新型人才培养并举,在办学声誉、学术资源、师资力量、科研成果等指标上已名列国内综合性艺术院校前茅。现为国家硕士学位授予点和推荐免试试验点,2024年获批博士学位授权点。下设音乐学系、作曲系、声乐系、管弦系、民乐系、钢琴系。目前在职教职工共有84人,全日制在校生1037人,其中本科生807人,硕士生230人。
音乐学院的历史可追溯至1958年建校初,一批曾留学欧美、日本的文化名人和来自全国各地的优秀音乐家汇聚山艺,刘质平、李华萱、李杰民、孙继南、王音璇等构建起音乐学科的文脉与特色。历任系主任及院长为李新学、毅军、聂力家、李云涛等一批德艺双馨的歌唱家、作曲家、音乐理论家、演奏家,都是山东音乐界领军人物。
1979年开始招收本科生,1998年招收硕士研究生,2010年被教育部批准为开展推荐优秀应届本科毕业生免试攻读硕士学位研究生工作单位,2005年作为试点单位招收了全国首批音乐专业艺术硕士研究生(MFA)。自“九五”以来,四次评为山东省重点学科或特色重点学科,山东省名校建设工程(2014),2018年获批山东省培育建设一流学科以及山东省文化艺术科学重点学科, 2020年音乐学、音乐表演获批国家级一流本科专业建设点,2024年音乐学科成为山东艺术学院三个博士授权点艺术学下属二级学科之一,同时,本学科还拥有山东省音乐文化研究基地、齐鲁传统音乐传承研究基地、拥有两个“泰山学者”岗位获批、续聘,也是山东省唯一的音乐学科设岗单位。带动了整体学术水平的大幅提升,切实推动了教学、科研与艺术实践的深度融合与创新发展。
自1998年获得硕士学位授权点以来,现有演唱、中国乐器演奏、管弦乐器演奏、钢琴演奏、音乐史论研究、作曲六个专业方向,拥有学术型学位、专业学位、在职攻读学位和国家第一批MFA学位试办单位等完善的硕士研究生培养体系。
经过多年的努力和奋斗,音乐学院已拥有专业实力雄厚的师资队伍。目前在职教职工共有84人,其中教授10人,副教授39人,博士学位(含在读)教师29人,硕士学位(含在读)教师50人,师资队伍阵容强大,人才济济。一批活跃在国内外艺术领域的艺术家,被我院聘为客座教授,如廖昌永、郎朗、吕思清、于阳等。
在老一辈专家教授的带领下,一批中青年教师脱颖而出,他们不仅在省内具有很高的知名度,并且已成为省内此学科的学术带头人,其中有的学科及学术带头人已跻身于国内同类学科中的先进行列,如泰山学者岗位专家3人,获得全国优秀教师称号者4人,享受国务院政府特殊津贴者5人,山东省有突出贡献的中青年专家3人等。近年来,全院教师在国家级、省级出版社出版专著、教材数十部;发表学术论文近百篇,声乐、器乐作品数百部;完成国家级、省级重点科研项目数十项;参加和出席国际、国内重要学术会议数十次;获得国内外包括金钟奖、文华奖在内的重大比赛奖项若干。
音乐学院主动适应社会发展和艺术功能拓展的需要,积极探索新型的办学模式。为推动学生校外实习和社会实践活动,培养具有较高实践能力的专业人才,学院的青年合唱团、青年交响乐团、女子弹拨乐团和青年民族乐团经常参加国内外的演出与交流,受到各界的广泛好评。学院还与上海音乐学院、山东省会大剧院、鼓浪屿音乐厅等高校和演出单位签署战略合作协议,并与美国伊利诺伊音乐学院和巴德音乐学院等世界一流的教学单位建立交流项目。
音乐学院为社会培养了大量专业优秀、品学兼优的艺术人才,许多毕业生成为艺术精英和教育界、演艺界的知名人士。
音乐学 培养具有一定音乐实践技能和教学能力,能在高、中等专业或普通高等院校、艺术研究单位和文化机关、出版及广播、 影视部门从事教学、研究、编辑、评论、管理等工作的高级专门人才;
作曲与作曲技术理论 培养具备较全面的音乐创作知识、能力和专业水平,能在有关文艺单位、艺术院校、科研机构以及出版、广播影视部门从事音乐创作、编辑、制作、教学、科研等工作;
音乐表演 包括演唱、管弦乐器演奏、中国乐器演奏、钢琴演奏等专业方向;
演唱方向 教学中注重理论联系实际,强调课堂教学与舞台表演实践相结合,培养了一批又一批优秀专业演唱和声乐教育人才,众多毕业生已成为中央和地方各级演出团体和艺术院校的业务骨干,不少在校生和毕业生在国内外的声乐比赛中频获奖项;
管弦乐器演奏方向 共设有包括弦乐器(小提琴、中提琴、大提琴、低音提琴)、木管乐器(长笛、双簧管、单簧管、大管)、铜管乐器(小号、圆号、长号、大号)、打击乐器等14个专业方向。近年来,管弦系师生在全国各类演出比赛中屡屡获奖,大多毕业生进入全国各文艺团体和大专院校并成为业务骨干;
中国乐器演奏方向 主要包括:二胡、竹笛、唢呐、笙、琵琶、柳琴、中阮、大阮、古筝、扬琴、民族打击乐等十余种乐器,学生毕业后多在全国各表演艺术团体或艺术院校任职,并在社会上得到了广泛认可;
钢琴演奏方向 (含钢琴艺术指导)本专业方向师资力量雄厚,多年来该系培养了大批的优秀钢琴专业人才,并有多人次在国际、国内大型比赛中获奖,同时为国内外知名音乐院校和艺术团体输送了大批的优秀专业人才。钢琴艺术指导在音乐教学和艺术实践活动中起着重要作用,分别担任我院声乐系、管弦系、民乐系的钢琴伴奏工作,在完成艺术指导课程工作量的前提下,并多次在全国、全省各类器乐、声乐比赛中担任艺术指导,取得了较好成绩,并多次参加对外交流和艺术实践活动。
About Shandong University of Arts
Founded in 1958, Shandong University of Arts is located in Jinan, Shandong, a province renowned for its historical and cultural significance as the birth place of Confucius. The university spans two campuses in Wendong and Changqing, covering more than 165 acres of land with nearly 92 acres of building space. Its library holds over 980,000 volumes.

Shandong University of Arts has made significant strides in global education, forming partnerships with more than 30 institutions worldwide, including those in Italy, Russia, Australia, France, the United States, Japan, and Korea. Its international programs include academic exchanges, student and faculty exchanges, joint performances and exhibitions, dual undergraduate and master’s degree programs, and collaborative master’s and doctoral programs. The university regularly invites international experts to give lectures and masterclasses. About School of Music
Founded in 1958, the School of Music is one of the cornerstone institutions of Shandong University of Arts. The school offers a broad range of academic programs and is a graduate-degree-granting institution. It currently includes several departments: music performance (voice, orchestral instruments, piano, and traditional music), musicology, and composition.
With years of experience and dedication, the School of Music has built a diverse and accomplished faculty, some of whom have earned national and international recognition and grants. The faculty has published dozens of musical treatises, textbooks, and hundreds of musical works and academic papers. The school has also hosted numerous national and international conferences and research projects. Many prominent artists regularly return to teach or host various activities as visiting professors, including Peng Liyuan, Liao Changyong, Lang Lang, Yu Hongmei, Shen Yang, and Yu Yang.
To support students’ performance activities and develop professionals with strong practical skills, the School of Music has established the Youth Chorus, Youth Symphony Orchestra, and Youth Traditional Orchestra, which are primarily composed of undergraduate and graduate students. These ensembles participate in performances and exchange programs both domestically and internationally, earning wide acclaim. The school has also developed partnerships with prestigious institutions, such as the Shanghai Conservatory of Music, University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Shandong Grand Theatre, and Gulangyu Concert Hall. Additionally, it has exchange programs with world-class institutions like Bard College Conservatory of Music and the Conservatorio di Musica "S. Cecilia" di Roma.
